She was born at Orem, Wood Co, daughter of the late Lewis and Martha Amos McHenry. She was a member of the Seventh Street United Methodist Church, and a charter member of the Berry's Run Homemakers Club. She is survived by her son Fred Deem of Parkersburg; four daughters Ruth Pearson, with whom she resided, Lena Rousch of Belpre, Beula Hoyler of Vienna, and Frances Summers of Little Hocking; 23 grand children; 67 great-grandchildren ; and seven gg-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John William Deem in 1955, two sons and a brother. Services are 2 pm Tuesday at the Seventh St United Methodist Church with Rev. Frank Plyborn Jr. and the Rev. Charles Williams officiating. Internment will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the Leavitt funeral Home, Parkersburg, after 2pm today and at the church one hour before services. |
