NORA DEEM ROBBINS Monday, 2:30 p.m. services at the Leavitt Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donzel Nicholson officiating, will be held for Nora Deem Robbins, 83, of Route 2, Washington, Wood County. She died at the Montgomery General Hospital at Olney, MD., Friday morning after a long illness. Entombment will be in Sunset Memory Gardens mausoleum. She was born at Chesterville, Wood County, a daughter of the late Washington Lafayette and Frances Holland Deem. She was a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church at Mineral Wells and later attended the Bethel Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and the first public health nurse in Wood County. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Forbes (Hilma) Blair of Silver Spring, MD; two brothers. H. Clark Deem of Parkersburg and Stewart Deem of Chesapeake, Va., three sisters, Marian Phillips of Cairo, Elva Dickson of Parkersburg, and Kathryn Coe of Vienna, her step-mother, Roxie Deem of Parkersburg, one half brother, Basil Deem in California, and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Snowden F. Robbins. Memorials are to be made to the Bethel Baptist Church or the Bethel Mission Society. 
Burial*She was buried on 10 January 1982 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Parkersburg, Wood County, WV.
